The Kiawah Conservancy is excited to announce our second preserved property on Johns Island. 4346 Betsy Kerrison is a 76.13 acre parcel including marsh, hummock island, and maritime forest habitat. This lot features expansive old growth oak trees, prime bobcat habitat, and countless native plant species. Properties conserved by the Conservancy on Johns Island are part of our new initiative to Keep Betsy Beautiful. We hope to provide public access on this property in an effort to help preserve the cultural and environmental importance of the Johns Island landscape.
